If you've been on both sides of the checkbook or the RFP's you know there is accountability that must be upheld.    We are able to see 2 weeks to 5 years down the road for our customers.  It's not just the product but the warranty behind that installation.  We hold ourselves accountable during the project and strive for customer satisfaction well after the project's end date.
